My name is Zoe Li-Mei Lamond and I'm an Experience Designer in Australia. This means that I get to spend all day listening to, understanding, and designing for people, which is pretty easy to feel passionate about!
Outside of work, I cook the best nasi lemak in town (don't tell my mum), and spend way too much time entertained by my two cats.
I'm passionate about understanding people and their needs, using qualitative and quantitative research methods to build products that genuinely improve lives!
I've been lucky to work on diverse research and design projects with a brilliant team and brilliant clients. My projects/babies span from giant website redesigns, to a startup recycling machine's interface.
My clients include career recruitment, retail, fitness, B2B, circular economy, emerging technologies and tertiary education sectors.
